And retiree claimants must wait, in most cases 15 or more years to obtain a positive result, due to several appeals from the state agency and the delay of Justice.

Two concurrent damages arise: the loss of the purchasing value of the assets due to the application of harmful updating formulas for some time, and the collection of an amount that, in specific cases, does not correspond to the calculation due to the rigorous application of current jurisprudence. , in time and form. This could be a case of “against humanity”, acts committed by the ANSeS with systematic attacks on retirees, which intentionally cause great suffering and threaten mental and physical health, according to the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court. It is my opinion that those responsible should be prosecuted for this reason and for failure to fulfill the duties of a public official.
